The Application consists of the following information:
- Download and fill out the Volunteer Application.
- Return your completed application
Once your application is received, you will be contacted by Staff Chaplain to schedule an interview. If you meet the criteria of volunteer chaplain, the Staff Chaplain will arrange an appointment(s) for you with the director of spiritual care services at the hospital(s) where you will serve.
Successful volunteer candidates will receive a volunteer packet to fill out including personal information, back ground check and health information. A check list of all supporting information required will be provided.
